February 11, 2010 ASIC: Former property developer sentenced Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has announced that former property developer and mortgage broker, Samuel David Saunders of Orange, New South Wales, was sentenced in the NSW District Court, Sydney to two years and three months imprisonment with a non-parole period of 12 months.
