- Australian Public Law - The Australian Public Law site offers comprehensive coverage of public law issues, especially constitutional, administrative and immigration law - aimed at law students and legal practitioners. Provided by the Northern Territory University.
- Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) - DIMIA deals with immigration, citizenship, and indigenous affairs. Site contains useful information on Australian visas and citizenship.
- Federal Magistrates Court of Australia - The jurisdiction of the Federal Magistrates Court includes family law and child support, administrative law, bankruptcy, unlawful discrimination, consumer protection law, privacy law, migration and copyright. Site includes court forms, lists and judgments.
- Immigration Fact Sheets - Published by the Department of Immigration, these fact sheets deal with statistical information, migration to Australia, humanitarian issues, temporary stay, compliance and other matters.
- Migration Agents Registration Authority - The Migrants Agents Registration Authority site offers information and services to migrant agents, including material relating to initial and repeat registrations, codes of conduct, etc. Also included is a regular newsletter and a register of recognised agents.
- Migration Information Booklets - On-line booklets published by D.I.M.A. dealing with the following migration schemes: partner, child, parent, family, employer sponsored, general skilled, business skills & special migration.
- Migration Review Tribunal - The Migration Review Tribunal site offers information on the criteria for visas and provisions relating to the cancellation of visas, business sponsors and the migration points system - includes application forms.
