- Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) - The Australian Institute of Family Studies conducts and disseminates research into family issues. Site includes discussion lists, research programs and publications.
- Child Care - The Commonwealth Department of Family and Community Services' Child Care site, which offers information for families, services and researchers.

- Federal Magistrates Court of Australia - The jurisdiction of the Federal Magistrates Court includes family law and child support, administrative law, bankruptcy, unlawful discrimination, consumer protection law, privacy law, migration and copyright. Site includes court forms, lists and judgments.
- WA Family Court - The Family Court of WA is vested with State and Federal jurisdiction in matters of family law and deals with divorce, property of a marriage, residence, contact and other matters relating to children, maintenance and adoptions.
